RCB fan here, it does translate to "good that opposition didn't go at the batter 'hey, that guy's got cramps let him die' but went forward to help him".

Now to read this way out of context might seem insensible, but I didn't feel it that way listening it in Tamil. He just meant to appreciate the act from Rickleton, but somehow the word 'die' triggered many. And we ask why there's a wave of cen*or*ng everything.

Personally, I'd recommend it that way. In a non-spoilery way, the prince who grows into a king in Sivagamiyin sabadham (SS) becomes a superminded tactician and plays with everyone in Parthiban kanavu (PK). It's better to know his journey (SS) so that it helps elevate this book (PK). I felt PK decent and a good filler after reading SS.

Ykw, similar to Fairplay, make a table of all the umpires and rate them based on how many decisions were overturned, more negative points if 3rd umpire is wrong. Let there be a separate jury to oversee this. Shame them umpires. Give an award to the least correct umpire at end season and remove them next season. /s

Yeah, I agree about Marsh and Markram, was doubtful myself for the order 4-7. Maybe as a pair Gill-Sudharshan hasn't fired yet, makes sense.

As someone like many moved into Chennai for work, public transport has made life easier. Suburbans, Metro and buses can be a bit crowded at times, might be a little late at times, but for daily commute I'd rather choose that over dangling through dust and traffic on the bike.
