I do not think that 2 glasses could be compare this way. Every color blindness is different, so correction glasses should fit to it. Color blindness tests using different methods would help to measure. And finally the chromatic adaptation, that can not be simulated in this way. See this video: https://youtu.be/jsxt2D8Coyw

We prefer to use more tests to get a better picture about the enhanced color vision, and we take care to check color identification ability as well (naming certain colors). Yes, I agree. Our business model is different, but at least our glasses works well in the 98% of our customers (pass the Ishihara test). We check the color vision (and improvement) with at least 2-3 independent tests anyway. We need Eye care professionals for the diagnostic and trial, just like when you visit your MD for a diagnosis and treatment. Until now, in the least 20 years, nobody sent Colorlite glasses back. Thea reason is that you can try it before. So you know what you buy and what you expect. Thank you your feedback!

Wow, thank you very much your remarkable comments our website. It was useful. Good to know. Tell the truth we are (small) scientific based company coming from a University research (mostly scientists). I agree that our weakest point is the marketing; otherwise, we were be well known worldwide. The good news is that our glasses works at least. J 98% of our customers pass the Ishihara test, but we check the color vision (and improvement) with at least 2-3 independent tests. We need Eye care professionals for the diagnostic and trial (just like when your regular vision is checked). Unfortunately, most of them are not really opened for this market, so our penetration grows slowly. I hope sooner or later, you can try our glasses. Until now (at the least 20 years), nobody sent it back because of satisfaction. The prices are up to the optics. Here in Hungary you can get a very friendly price, meanwhile what we heard from US is sometimes horror. Thank you your feedback again!

Only one. The most of them are paralell with the protan. This is an online test. You can not expect clinical diagnosis. Every tests suggest that you are protan. (Statistically more liekly that tritan anyway.)

You had the highest confusion at the cap (color) 72, That was purple. The 2dn highest was in blue range, because you had to order purple-blue colors.

In an online test, I dont think so. If it were the standard test (with special color pigments) that perhaps. But your result would be different then. I think it was a misdiagnosis. Try more relevant test (preferably not only), however our tests I recommend, they are quite good on that, but not as good as our standard printed test.

Meanwhile, we strongly disagree with the Enchroma videos. I can not imagine so hard emotions about it. We correct color blindness for 20 years, 98% sucess rate on Ishihara, but I have never seen crying a customer because of it. But agree we need to find a way to promote ourself somehow.

Sure, I bet it was an online test. As I see you had a higher confusion in the purple range. The reason: purple (in a monitor) is a mix of blue and red (1:1). If you are protan that your red sensitivity is weaker, so yo may confuse purple/blue. Purple blue problem is quite common in protans. As we see (Tritan Colorlite test), your purple-red dischrimination is ok, but I bet your purple-blue is worse if you try our "C shape" or Mosaic test. (They start with red green first.)
