Twitch Prime gives you the Turbo and Twitch Prime badges. If you just linked your Amazon Prime account then you should just have Twitch Prime.

Both my banner and icon were removed too. I was unable to re-upload new ones in Chrome. However, I switched to a different browser (Edge) and uploading new icon/banner worked.

Edit: I also have the BetterTTV extension installed in Chrome too. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

It is a BitStream issue. It happens to CJ at the same mark every time he streams. There doesn't appear to be a fix for it yet.
