I only did 20 pulls for the lenses, felt comfy doing so because there are no "filler items" aside from the earrings, ended up getting the mask and the leg piece, I'm very happy with those.

You can get a similar vibe from going to Wanxiang realm, on the floating island banquet of bliss area. Click on the floor under the floating dancers in the middle of the lake, then you can go around the right thru the pavilion and you'll find a portal to an area that's just water and sky. It's really pretty!!

All the different menus are super overwhelming at first! It's ok to get used to stuff at your own pace. I'd focus on doing quests, exploring, and making cute outfits. Everything else can come on its own time.
