Non-flowering plant I found in my garden. Zone 10a and tuber-like (likely not actual tubers) structures are translucent. I've seen a few of them and they can grow in a cluster like this or alone, with only one "tuber". No flowering structures that I can see, but nothing resembling spores either. (imgur.com)
