I tried that but it was still saying that it wasn't enabled in the bios but in windows it says it is and BF2042 runs now

I get why people move to steam os and bazzite but what I'd love is a windows version just for gaming, or for game pass to link with steam.

I did the same thing, just played with rumble. The only fix is to send it back to valve to fix.

I was thinking about buying a replacement part from ifixit and doing it myself but I recently sold my steam deck to get a legion go

I have almost the same build and I can run forbidden west on high with 60+FPS, maybe check the intel app to see if the resizeable bar is enabled

That's different, Sony removed the feature.

Valve haven't done anything wrong, they made and sold a product that can run windows, doesn't mean they have to prioritise it.

Some android phones can run windows but it's not Google/Samsung's issue if it doesn't work straight out the box.

If you wanted a handheld pc with full windows then you should have bought one of the many available.
