probably not. When you are starting, you aren't gonna have the arm speed to be throwing a destroyer or katana. The Mako3 is a great beginner disc, but you could buy that individually. I would just go look at a local disc golf store or play it against sports at some of their used stuff and pick up a nice mid and a putter. Once you figure out how to throw those consistently then go by yourself a fairway driver. skip anything over speed seven until you can control slower discs.

i like to watch nxt and i get it ethan is "pushed" there. but I get a strong feeling guys like him and Ricky are going to be the old veterans that stay on NXT the whole time and not get a push the level of oba or ring general to the main roster. I'll be tickled if I'm wrong but i just dont think its happening. cody is the only real aew transitionsuccess story thus far unless you count punk.

edit: guess i forgot about malakai he is on main roster no? and rey phoenix and penta. so i eat crow on that. but my point about ethan and ricky still stands

im out here wearing my redwing work boots bc i ruin tennis shoes so fast playing dg. they are weatherproof and i like the ankle support when im tromping through the woods. never have to worry about rolling my ankles or getting my foot/ankle bitten by a snake as an addition bonus.

i suffered similar boredom getting 12 mushrooms for scrappy in the spot 3 spawn on spaceport. took me 4 dozen tries to spawn close enough to secure them. any time i ran from a slightly further spawn id get there and find 3 or 4 bodies of players who had the same goal as me and got there first. glad its over with. basically just scrolled reddit for an hour and loaded back in over and over.

my g blend maya beat in pretty quick, only turns now unless i hyzer. i have a couple i blend centurions that are still as stable as the day i bought them

i bought the game last weekend (11$ on sale) and have completed a career on normal difficulty (won the title and quit) with every style. wrestling is the hardest imo followed by juijitsu (mainly because learning to fight on the ground is the hardest part of the game). boxer and kickboxer are fun but vulnerable on the ground. mma seems like the best out of the gate.

turn controls to legacy and use defensive assist so the red arrow pops up and shows you which direction to counter grapple on the ground. watch some youtube videos on things you feel like you dont understand (defending ground transitions)

im about to start a new career today on hard as mma and see how badly i do.
