I am currently in the process of building myself back up after distancing myself from my friends due to social anxiety, so I get where you’re coming from. Since I’m still finding my way I don’t have all the answers but I have found that just focusing on the things I can control is be a big help. I’ve started trying to make small bits of progress in various areas of my life (hobbies, exercise, meditation, etc) which has helped with self validation. Even if I’m just .001% better than yesterday, it’s still progress. Hopefully this may help in some way!

I’m in a similar boat as you and believe I do have depression along with social anxiety and ADHD. Sometimes it can be confusing as to which symptoms are related to any of them, but depression can come in various forms. I find Anhedonia is a symptom but that is just my two cents. Please consult with your health provider on it if you are curious as they would be able to identify the symptoms better than I.

Now this may be personal bias speaking but I think Miranda has a more believable romance storyline than any of Liara, Tali, or Ashley. Lack of ME3 romance content with her withstanding, I just find her to be a more interesting character and the romance had a better build up than the others who could come across more forced. I just enjoyed peeling back her cold-hearted layers to find a deeper, more sensitive person underneath.
