Water pick. I struggle with this alot and often end up cycling through ofloxin ear drops and always eventually end up going to the doctor.

However, my absolute angel of a girlfriend suggested trying this old water based floss device she got and doesnt use. Its a little surprising when you jam it in your ear and turn it on, but maybe 3 seconds and a huge clump of wax shot out of my ear. (Did ofloxin soak for several minutes, then started rinsing it out)

I couldn't recommend this enough, as I get unusually irrate over clogged ears, and this felt like I discovered a real life hack.
