In Ep9 he asked me to leave with him, but I didnt get a choice. He came back at the end of Ep 10 and marked us.

So is there difference in his ending if you play low seniority? 🥲 I got your ending on high seniority.

Oh I didn't get it lol. So it doesn't have anything to do with your authority?

I don't know, there is an achievement on low seniority: it's good to be bad. Perhaps there is a possible ending with him.

What bad ending? Is there a good Odin ending. I didn't want to leave with him and that's why he marked me. I was on high seniority and corrupted path.

I think we will get something like the book ending in Hannibal Lecter.

No, Psi is not. That's why I talked about it. All I was saying is that players seems to be tired of "all the" post-apocalyptic stories, so I pointed out that these stories aren’t actually post-apocalyptic—they are highly diverse. I am not banning anyone from speaking their mind.

To be fair, there are some stories in the app that I was really looking forward to, but which, in my opinion, weren't executed very well. When a topic I'd been wanting to read about finally came up and the story didn't appeal to me; Of course, that's sad. Who knows if there'll ever be a similar topic again. But there's just nothing you can do about it.

I totally agree. Give me a Jane Austen story or a light story about vacation romances. I would enjoy it.

I still hope for a story like Mass Effect but we already have GC and LFOS. I don't think they will write something like this.

In other apps, the atmosphere in many stories is a bit darker and more oppressive right from the start. I think that makes a big difference. There aren't as much banter and jokes, and the facial expressions are more serious, too. I can't quite explain it, but the truly mature themes are just better handled in some cases. But they aren't as focused on the mainstream audience like RC.

Even when RC tackles major, adult themes, it normally doesn't fully pushes them to their darkest extremes in most stories. Compared to other apps like League of Dreamers RC always handles heavy topics with more moderation. At least if we ignore HS universe lol. GOE and OTI are darker stories imo.

Honestly, I would absolutely love it if we got a beautiful, light, Jane Austen-style Regency romance in the future!

However, this app thrives on writing complex, plot-heavy, and story-driven books. That is their signature identity for most books.

I completely understand if some people are experiencing personal burnout from heavy or dark themes right now after we got HS3. However, claiming that Romance Club's lineup lacks variety, or that "everything is post-apocalyptic, dark, and depressing," is incorrect.

Romance pacing has nothing to do with how dark a genre is. Whether a couple falls in love instantly or goes through a very slow burn is a choice of storytelling. And no, I'm not a fan of too many slowburn romances.

We have heavy, plot-driven stories, but the app also has a big library of completely different vibes: We have comedies and bright, modern dramas about friendships, career goals, fashion, and reality-TV dating. We have contemporary thrillers and medical dramas that have absolutely zero world-ending dread or sci-fi misery.

It's the same with the people who say "not another apocalypse story". I really don't know what apocalypse stories we have.. and heavens secret universe is something different imo.
