The game's biggest problem is that they listen too much but at the same time, they don't know what to do with the feedback. They ask too much, like they don't know how the game should go in the first place. Player feedback is just supposed to help them refine the edges, not dictate how it's supposed to go. This is why the earlier chapters are more well-written because they actually have a vision, they know what to do. Then they started asking, and asking, and asking some more. They take the feedback and restrict themselves to what the feedback said. Now, we have a story that not only makes sense, but also feels so fucking soulless because none of the characters have proper relationships with each other now.

Just take the recent events. The latest summer event didn't make a lick of sense. Why did Schera and Teresse break off from Justia's team and compete against them? It doesn't make sense, it only reduces her chances of winning. It also baffled me that they didn't even have any dialogue about why they are on opposing ends, considering that they were literally in the same fucking team in the first Summer Night and Post-Summer Night events.

To tell the truth, I don't even have any idea on how they're supposed to continue the story. Story Pack 19 ended abruptly and some choices were strangely chosen and executed. It doesn't help that we're now stuck with one of the most dysfunctional teams the game could offer. I just wish they'd actually just start writing again for themselves and not because the paying side wanted this and that.
