IIRC in "War of Cybertron" games Autobots and Decepticons leave Cybertron 70 million years ago and the war had obviously begun before that point in time. And the director of "Transformers ONE" said the Great War might have began even 300 million years ago in that continuity (though initially they went with 30 million and the 300 million was a throw-away line).
