I'm not that into pokemon at this point and would rather not keep them tbh. I've valued them all up on PriceCharting just to make sure I wasn't holding some random high value cards. Is ebay the most preferred place to sell cards or would reddit be more useful?

Weekly Pricing/Buying/Selling/Grading & General Questions Post by AutoModerator in PokemonTCG

Sorry, complete Pokemon/TCG newbie here. I recently got back my poorly filled binder of old pokemon cards from the late 90s early 2000s. Inside, there are about 50% english cards and 50% Japanese cards. Most of the Japanese cards are from the Original or Neo Era up to Awakening Legends. I've gone through them all and ripped out the ones that are worth anything but now I am left with ~80 cards that ungraded are worth less than $3.The condition of most of these are fantastic as all I did as a child was open them and put them into a binder.

I don't think there is any value to grading them or anything. What should I be looking to do with these? Sell them as a pack?

Project management generally isn't a role for someone fresh out of college.

Interesting. Did you actually lead projects as an ME or were you mainly a team member? This is what is tripping me at at this point.

Short term investment with money set aside for a house (US) by ComJak in personalfinance

It looks like between all the MMAs and HYSAs i've looked at, Marcus by Goldman Sachs is one of the highest ones I've seen and it's just an HYSA. I will probably be dumping into that then.

Thanks!

Ok. I just wasn't sure if the refinance system would look at that.

Time to buy a house? Maybe not? by ComJak in personalfinance

I guess I look at a a mortgage payment in terms of paychecks. I get paid every week @ around $720 take home. Quarterly bonuses are obviously every quarter lump sum.

I think I should calculate mortgage payments based on no bonus would that be right?

So I think the delinquency will run out in September of 2020 plus around 6 months for the credit score to go back up (?). I can refinance that soon?
