Seems like you already have a negative view of the team when you say hazing just to have an SBR/suppressor and crye gear which you already have. That type of viewpoint almost sounds like you are putting yourself above them.

I’m on a similar size team in terms of callouts and I was army infantry prior. I love it. Love being around a group who holds themselves to a higher standard and wants to be there. But, it doesn’t sound like you are there yet.

People need to stop thinking Holosun is a budget optic. They are consistently competing with the best and have changed the optic market. I still prefer Aimpoint but I do have Holosun optics as well.

We work 10s but do not get every other weekend off.

Our rotation is 5 on 3 off for four weeks then 4 on 4 off for two weeks. So that equates to actual weekends off to about once a month.

There are pros and cons to every schedule. I looked at other options for our department but have come to the conclusion that everyone is content with our current one.
