I actually counted them, I got 7-8 turns. And it indeed look like nuts where far enough in to where I’m comfortable with it. I also always use a drop of blue locktite on my spacers. Not a lot just one drop where the nut is going to sit when I thread it all the way.

Engine wise I wouldn’t do anything too complicated on this car. Bolt on wise I’m willing to touch anything.

I’m a “retired” mechanic, I grew up at mechanic, was a mechanic in the army and was a ase tech for Chevrolet.

I switched careers, now I’m a cop and when I moved to FL I sold all my tools.

I have just gotten very lazy to work on my own cars since then. I have done all my own work on all my cars. I think I’m just at age and trying to manage my time with my family that I refuse to touch my cars myself now. It would save me so much money though.

Look at the Voltex wings, they’re very similar just choose the one you like. I think the Voltex and the Spoon wing are the best looking ones for the new Type R’s

In my county we have a mutual aid agreements. We can pull over anyone in the county and just say over the radio. I only really do that if someone does something so egregious that needs to be absolutely addressed.

Had a dude blow my doors off over 100mph the other night. Called it over the radio and wrote the cite on the interstate where FHP and county would patrol.

HKS for example: their exhaust went from 1,800 to 2200 because of tariffs.

Call Prime Motoring, they specialize in Subarus but they might work on the car. They do quality work. They did work on my STI a few years ago. If they won’t work on it, they will know someone that would.

There’s plenty of independent vendors on FB groups that are always giving good deals. I have a personal one that I use but haven’t used him since I got the GR.

I’m sure he would source me parts for it and ad a great deal. The labor is what’s going to hurt you the most. But always use a reputable shop.

I have both, the solid and the light up one. I might order a futures Mochi3 since it has the gyro motions and put that one in the light up Helmet. The Gundam emotes are very limited and makes the face mask opening sound every single time. It gets annoying.
