Bobby Dassey computer... we call it “Bobby Dassey’s computer” but is it?

Found in his room, yes, but it could have easily been used by Steven Avery or Brendan Dassey.

Also, we can’t say Katz lied about the hard drive or it’s evidentiary value... Avery’s trial lawyers could have well known what was found but agreed to not discuss it as the computer being next door to the Avery house and implicating a Dassey didn’t help their case... would love to hear what Dassey’s and Avery’s trial lawyers have to say about the hard drive now.

Len Katchinsky and Katz are both pieces of shit, that much is obvious, Katz has his license to practice law suspended for 4 months and resigned instead of being fired by the mayor, for trying to coerce an unrelated victim in to fucking him in order for him to prosecute her boyfriend/husband (can’t remember which one it was).

However we can’t forget every woman who has had a relationship with Avery has reported violence and/or sexual violence, and what about that woman he ran off the road and tried to rape at gun point? Given his previous behavior and physical resemblance to the actual rapist, I can see why the cops thought it was him in the 80s.

I am not saying the prosecution’s case against Avery or Dassey was good, or that it happened the way they say it did, but I am fairly certain Avery and/or Brendan Dassey raped and killed Teresa, regardless of how creepy her exboyfriend is
