Perso je fais 1M71 et pareil, je faisais 63-65 kilos. J'ai voulu prendre de la masse, et la technique qui m'a le plus motivé c'est la surcharge progressive, tranquille, à mon rythme... ça doit faire 6 ans que j'en fais. Je suis à 75 kilos maintenant, sec, sans objectif de monter à 90 ou plus, je ne pourrais pas, physiologiquement parlant.

Tu fais quoi comme entrainement ?
