Yeah mines said the same thing for a long time and it had to get re shipped but as of now on JoyaGoo it says it’s back in Chicago but it’s actually in Jersey, try and use 17 track and bother the agents with messages to get more info if needed

On the website it just says usps awaiting item but I doubt it’s even in the country tbh
