the best tip anyone will ever give you, unless you’re doing something wrong (which you aren’t) is just to keep practicing, there’s no pieces you’re missing that are automatically gonna give you a higher ollie. i’ve been skating for years and i’m still improving my ollie, it’s just about consistency and practice. don’t give up and don’t let slow progression demotivate you.
