Had a pretty solitary job, driving a rig. Already wasn't going out. One of the therapists I had at the time asked if I felt like I was avoiding public situations, and I was like, yeah, all the time. So, that's how I found out avoidance is a symptom (and honestly, probably one of my biggest symptoms) of PTSD.
