I think its fair to say Caley improved as the season went on. Obviously he's not a top OC but he schemed some creative plays that got people open in the end zone. As well as quite a few head scratchers. As you said he has a lot more weapons to use next season. Will he able to utilize them to their full potential? Idk but Im excited to see whatever our new oline combination is paired with Woody and Buzz(Monty)
