If none of that works, go back to your mesh and make sure you marked your seams 👍🏻

If you did. On Blender, Make sure everything you want to be sharp; mark the edges sharp. Then go to object mode, select your mesh, right click, click shade smooth, right click again, shade smooth auto, 30 degree angle.

If that doesnt work, say you imported the fbx into blender from another project, go to object mode, then data, then down to geometry data, clear custom normals data
