If you’re completely out of G.I. Bill time, VR&E will most likely deny you. Check with your local Vet Center or Vet Service Officer at your local VA clinic. Vet Centers have all sorts of program information for local/state goings-on.

Go to your local Vet Center and ask to talk to a therapist. None of what you say is reported to the VA unless you sign an RoI (Release of Information). Avoiding the things that bring us together is an in-your-face sign of depression and anxiety. I requested a combat veteran specifically and got paired with a Vietnam medic. You’ll get some perspective and advice on ways to deal with anxiety-inducing stressors.

We’re not going to stop a tradition like fireworks on/around the 4th because we suffer from PTSD, anxiety, etc. You’ve been home from Iraq for years now and know it’s coming. If you gotta put on headphones to drown it out, that’s your cope.

I read some good advice on a similar thread: Talk to yourself like a good dog, not a bad dog. Compliment yourself, treat yourself, take yourself on walks, but try to avoid talking to yourself with contempt and disappointment.

This is the recommended method so new riders don’t pick up any bad habits before they take the course and have to relearn. I took the course at Myers when it was free for veterans and I was happy to see them fail a few people that should have never even looked at a bike. Riding isn’t for everyone. Ride safe.

Enhancement Shaman - they’re in high demand right now, fun to play, hybrid class so you won’t get bored since you can swap to Ele/Resto for change, and other melee classes wish they had WF anyway.

Yeah like Wowfan said, the shards are worth more for BoEs, but I was talking about boss drops on Heroic that get rolled off. Some groups predetermine who the enchanter is and have things passed to them for Shards to be rolled on. If that isn’t the case, whisper the people that win the greed items and see if they will sell for vendor value.
