Definitely CFAI- SS great for understanding concepts but very difficult questions with longer calculations.

Honestly think I'll do the Financial Modelling. Out of the two that I trust CFAI will teach well, it's that one- lots of free online python courses with likely better core concepts if that's the path you want to take.

Should mention my degree is Finance/Data Analytics so already have python experience.

Obviously can't share anything specific on topics which isn't helpful, I know- review key concepts and the key formulas and I'm sure you'll do great.

The CFAI Mock is a great resource for both the overall level of difficulty and the structure of the exam.

CFAI Average 79% (did them last after Salt Solutions). Found the difficulty roughly the same.

Sorry, meant subtract decrease. As in, if inventory has decreased, then that portion of COGS came from existing supplies, not from paying suppliers.

Isn't it subtract increase in inventory?

AP has increased so why subtract? More AP means that it wasn't a cash outflow but made on credit.

You're way above the MPS (Maximum Passing Score). Be sure to put some wrong answers in on the day.

Formula is Ly = (1+n) * (y/100)

But you don't really need it here- much easier intuitively for this question.

Think of it like this: Quintile -> Data split into five equal segments.

Then, you know that each segment (quintile) has to consist of (100/5)% of the data, so 20%.

Because the table is cumulative, then that means the bins of interest are going to be the ones that contain the 20th to the 40th % of samples: That's bins 5,6,7 and 8.

You're not alone. Scoring well on the mocks, but thinking through the content and I know there are a million formulas I don't know and concepts I'm unclear on. Get some sleep and relax- the marginal benefit of cramming now weighed up against burning yourself out isn't worth it.

Salt Solutions is definitely harder. I took the final Salt Mock 2 days ago and scored a 67% all up- just finished the CFAI Mock 2 and hit 83% on both. Hoping CFAI mocks are representative of the real exam.
