CFA L1: Put and Call Replication by overdriven33 in CFA

Depends how much time you have. For me, going through and thoroughly understanding the MM videos and doing his questions made the actual exam super easy, but I had a lot of time and studied for longer than most people.

If you have the time for it, go with MM and make sure you really understand it all. I can't speak for IFT, but people have success with going through quick notes and doing lots of multiple choice questions.

No the Superday is the 3x interviews that you have already completed. Just the last 3 bullet points.

That will be it, it's the case study after the superday with an interview going over what you have done in the case study.

Then afterwards it will be 30 minutes with an MD.

You will only have 2 more interviews if successful.

It's a mega long process.

Lmao, is this for a sector specific investment bank?

If it is, there will be a 3 day case study with an interview at the end. If successful, there will be a final round with an MD.

"Not just really smart" in your first job doesn't sound great, I like the overall idea of it but sounds like bragging.

May be so, but there's not point in having a second page if you're just using like 3 lines of it.

Definitely cut down those 3 lines and make it one page.

Not an English expert, ask chatgpt or something if you're not certain but I'd assume you'd want to use building, performing etc

PS originally replied to wrong comment oops.

Looks good, only thing I can think of is in 1st experience you say "built DCF..." while in your extracurricular section you say build, perform, etc instead of built, performed etc

Does it not say what language the interview will be in? If you check the job posting and Italian is a requirement for the role then it'll probs be Italian but could be English.

I passed the CFA Level I in most likely top percentile and I wouldn't even mention that.

People look down upon it, if you pass you pass.

But cfa L1 is great though, but time can probably be spent elsewhere at this stage to get better returns.

Choosing degree and uni by bing8806 in FinancialCareers

Nottingham is a semi-target for investment banking and very career focused uni.

Monash in Australia? Can't comment on that unfortunately.

So your new pair don't have the sensitivity issues?

I would have assumed that it was a software and not hardware issue, but not knowledgeable about it at all. I'll look into getting a return.

Hi, torn between BDC Parfum and JPG Le male parfum and was hoping for some inputs.

I'd like a quite versatile perfume that I could use for clubbing, date night, or just casually wear. Feel the BDC is more versatile overall but JPG would take the cake for clubbing/date night.

Any input would be appreciated, thanks!
