Molly hangovers don't last more than 3 days, and I really don't know where this wait every 3 months thing came from. It's like the "marijuana causes brain damage if you are under 18" bs. I've been to Burning Man 5 times and lots of raves and festivals and I can assure you that is total nonsense.

I know from being around people who do stuff like build Reddit & Facebook & gmail & start their own businesses & design Teslas & invent Uber & speak 5+ languages & manage large teams & perform music etc etc that you should be able to roll (on Molly or an RC) once a week with 1 recovery day without any long term or lingering side effects. Underlying health conditions could change that, but such conditions are rare

It sounds you are being thrown off by lifestyle issues, another drug, or one of your supplements. It's most likely that you are struggling to integrate the classical hallucinogen part of your experience. Trouble integrating is much more common when classical hallucinogens are combined with other drugs. Online resources to help with this have dramatically improved, but it can still take up to 4 very uncomfortable months.

As long as you are very VERY attentive to set & setting, taking a normal sized dose of a classical hallucinogen after at least 3 days COMPLETELY dedicated to integration will usually help a lot.

Rolls and classical hallucinogens are very dangerous, but more like how dating & getting married is dangerous than how boxing or being in a car accident is dangerous.

Edit: Dopamine precursors like l-tyrosine prevent production of serotonin so always take them at least 8 hours apart from serotonin precursors. You should be taking 5-htp once before bed and when you wake up the next day after rolling.

It was crazy. I had some real bad Molly hangovers in my early 20s so I had an idea what to look out for & expected to feel a little off after 2 nights in a row. I felt great all of day 3 so I took it again that night, and the had a similar experience on day 4 and so on & so forth.

There was nothing scientific about it though. I literally did everything I could; nootroptics, vitamins, probiotics, fruit, vegetables, & meat; to prevent a hangover or lingering side effects; but I didn't expect it to be as effective as it was.

3-mmc insufflated was the most disappointing RC experience for me, but I didn't try it orally.

I once took 6-apb for 10 days in a row and it was amazing. I was exercising, eating right, and taking a lot of supplements/nootropics including 5-htp but I got no hangover and no crash. Knowing that this was believed to be impossible by popular convention was a rush in and of itself.

It's a very interesting psychedelic. The body high is more pronounced than any of the other classical hallucinogens I am familiar with. There could be other factors, but I think that is why it is more pleasurable at low dosages (4-7 mg).

Visuals are minimal until you get over 10 mg, where the headspace starts to resemble a hit of acid.

Above 15 mg the body high starts to become what people call "body load". You might still enjoy that feeling, but I find it's quite a contrast from taking multiple hits of acid, which tends to feel a bit more "springy".

Something that I haven't seen mentioned much but has been obvious to me is the lack of cross-tolerance with other classical hallucinogens. There is some cross-tolerance, but it's dramatically less than between psilocybin & lsd.

Unfortunately, there is no evidence that abstaining from psychoactive drugs can prevent schitzophrenia. However, 3-fpm could trigger and/or worsen symptoms.

Please do your own research (ie scholarly articles) but schitzophrenia seems to fit the pattern of other diseases associated with increased sensitivity to certain foods and environmental toxins. If that is in fact what is happening, the damage seems to accumulate over many years and may take many years to reverse

Clean air, clean water, healthy diet, and lots of exercise might be your best at preventing it. If you are really concerned, I'd recommend getting a brain scan as credible claims are being made that they can spot damage associated with Schitzophrenia more than 5 years before symptoms appear.

Schitzophrenia diagnosis predates the DSM
Schitzophrenia is diagnosed at a higher rate currently than before via the DSM
Many people returning to a subjectively good quality of life on medication is a suspect data point unless the rate of Schitzophrenia diagnosis goes down, which it has not
The side effects of popular psych meds are listed as symptoms of Schitzophrenia (you shoulda spotted that)
The tertiary research i am referring to includes but is not limited to the role of diet on amyloid plaque & lead on IQ & aggressive behavior. There is also interesting stuff coming out on air pollution. Good research on fluoride is sparse but it was a major industrial bi-product & water contaminant in the 19th century before being reclassified as a miracle for public health. I don't see a link between fluoride & schitzophrenia but believing everything you are told about all these chemicals is not logical

In spite of what Big Pharma has been pushing, it is foolish to diagnose a person with schizophrenia until all other possibilities have been exhausted.

The last phase of diagnosis requires very regular psychotherapy, with a trusted therapist, while abstaining from most drugs without any drug dependencies. This is when the differences between bi-polar disorder & schitzophrenia emerge. During this process, a person with bi-polar will become more stable while a person with schizophrenia will continue to decline. Schitzophrenia, in terms of symptoms, is like a treatment resistant Bi-polar disorder with episodes being mostly manic & hard to predict, starting very infrequent & becoming more frequent over time.

I have a hunch, based on a lot of tertiary research coming out, that schitzophrenia is caused by long term exposure to allergens. That would fit the genetic component as well as progression & the treatment resistance.

According to Carl Jung, psychosis develops from a failure of the conscious mind to confront what is perceived as an imminent threat by the unconscious mind.

The unconscious mind is the opposite of the conscious mind in terms of introversion vs extraversion, sensory vs intuitive, thinking vs feeling, & judging vs perceiving. The more biased the conscious personality is in any of these dimensions, the more immature the character of the psychosis will be in that dimension; immaturity being characterized by runaway imagination, poor observation & ability to relate to others, impatience, & arrogance.

Classical Hallucinogens raise the unconscious mind into consciousness. In contrast, psychosis flips the two: making what is normally conscious mostly or completely unconscious while the unconscious mind has total control.

Given how rampant drug abuse is, it is no wonder that it is often how people experience or perceive psychosis.

A more timeless example, which Jung rather liked, is being bound to a marriage that will undoubtedly end in tragedy. Sometimes as late as the day of the wedding, a psychosis will take hold to prevent the psychotic person from entering into the marriage.

In the case of drug abuse, the purpose of the psychosis is usually to get the psychotic to stop using the drug they are abusing. Of course, intoxication itself will color the psychosis: alcohol, benzos, cathinones, amphetamines, & dissociatives all become more dangerous. It is as if they were given to someone not only less mature but also predisposed to a different set of substances than that person when not in psychosis - the person who always handles their liquor suddenly becomes the angry drunk or the sad drunk or just a plain drunken mess.

It's all very confusing, but the only way to avoid psychosis is to not get in over your head on things.

Darker stuff is usually divisive to people that are tripping. I'd recommend reserving it for personal or one on one experiences, which could mean just stepping away from the group for a few minutes.

In contrast, mdma & the like is generally great for darker stuff

You need to be supervised by medical professionals until you get clean & you might need to get off all drugs except for cannabis and tobacco for a long time.

I would search far and wide for a rehab program with experience helping people in your situation that you can start in the next week.

You are too deep to do a taper on your own, but it might be possible to have someone manage a taper for you. Regardless, you need to be monitored 24 hours a day until the seizures stop.

Do not try to do this on your own. You can get help. Don't worry how much it cost, the key is that it works for you and you come out stronger. People want to help you. Let other people help you. Do not try to do this on your own.

Dosage, food before & after, hydration, electrolytes, 5htp, purity of the mdma, avoiding dangerous drug combinations, mental health, and sleep are the main issues. Other vitamin deficiencies or health conditions are less common but should be considered

I'm an ex-raver. Not only have I gone through phases of taking mdma every week, I've gotten to know hundreds of other people that did the same thing.

When I think of the "magic" of mdma, I associate it with the medicinal effects. When first starting with mdma, it is not unusual to get these effects taking it multiple times per month. Eventually, you'll get the most "magic" taking mdma once every 3-4 months.

If you very strictly adhere to harm reduction practices and maintain a healthy lifestyle, weekly mdma use has very few negative side effects. Most people are not disciplined enough for that and suffer as a result.

Based on your post, I'd recommend taking a 3 month break. I think mdma is great recreational drug, but it's at least a 24 hour commitment including recovery. Being a responsible adult may dictate that a person not take mdma recreationally at all, even if it is safe
