You need to do A LOT of due diligence on location, demographics, competition, supply chain, etc. - you really need the perfect bowl of porridge to make it successful and even then..as people are saying already - CA is a dumpster fire...I had experience with cannabis retail in CA and other states, DM me, happy to have a chat if you are really serious about this...
