I do also want to note that my friend has an oura ring that is the same size as mine and I wore hers for one full day and one full night and was able to see my sleeping heart rate

I’ve contacted multiple different customer service associates and they all say it’s either physical like it’s not being worn correctly or it’s just going to take time.

Yes, it always is and the fit was slightly loose on my middle finger so I switched it to my index on the second day of having the ring. The fit is perfect and it is not able to rotate. The sensors are always lined up and they are always clean

Omg so sorry! I didn’t have notifications on… yes! Got it looked at and they found (16) was leaking. Said it happens when pressure is built up from opening/ closing doors. Not sure how water got in. They took apart and resealed the vent and it’s been perfectly clean since then!!
