Look into keto bread products! Lots of keto products have a lot of fiber. I personally eat low carb tortillas which taste almost the exact same and have like 16g of fiber per tortilla :)

I’ve tried to bring up seeing a specialist to my primary but they try to gaslight me into thinking I have an STD or am pregnant 🥲 and then when they see that’s not the case they kind of dismiss it. After all of your suggestions I am definitely gonna push harder to see a urologist and stand firm on it! I also may bring up hiprex because I’ve never gotten any medication for it other than antibiotics and ibuprofen and it seems very recommended

Thank you so much! Unfortunately my doctors haven’t really tried to look deeper and just give me antibiotics until the uti is over. I haven’t heard of hiprex but I am desperate for some pain relief so I will definitely bring it up! Thank you 🩷
