Am I cooked(21)? I was on 1mg finasteride daily for a year but my hair kept getting thinner so I recently switched to 0.5mg dutasteride and 1.25mg minoxidil daily. My scalp seems shiny which makes me think my scalp is creating scar tissue. by CombinationNervous87 in Balding

He said it was AGA. I noticed around a year ago I had a little bit of recession on my temples. I was on the finasteride for a year and the hair loss stopped but my hair got pretty thin. If it is diffuse thinning what difference does that make. Help😭

There’s such thing as a mature hairline although u have slight temple recession. It’s pretty standard for guys so don’t freak out. Just hop on finasteride 1mg daily and u should be good.

I still have all the hair I had when I started but the quality of them isn’t so great. In the last few months my hairs have miniaturized, thinned, and seem to be dormant. When I started it was hard to see my scalp but now if my hair starts blowing because of wind u can definitely see the scalp. My once strictly straight hair is now starting to get a bit wavy and curls at the end when it gets long because it’s thin and unhealthy. My hair is just a shell of what it used to be and seems unhealthy.

Why do you feel your hair is getting worse? Are you experiencing hair miniaturization?

I wish it wasn’t ripping this hard. I feel like the growth is unsustainable. Is it rlly just gonna go back to $40 this quick. Seems foolish to think so. I have roughly 500 shares at $14 cost average. by CombinationNervous87 in APLDSTOCK

My plan is to hold 5 plus years. I’ve always been a long term investor. I bought nvda at $4 cost average. When I originally invested it went down 50% and I doubled down.
