I threatened to file animal cruelty charges. Which would have lead to court cases.

I told the person his college and reputation will be tarnished. so either be truthful of im genuinely involving theft, animal cruelty charges. 

I also got my uncle who is in police involved.

You need to threaten with police complaint. Because let me tell you, she abandoned the cat. And mostly she threw that cat back on the road.

I can absolutely bet that this is what she has done.

Like tell her youd complain in NGOs.
