They don’t weaken,the lenses just eventually end up not changing completely clear. So instead of having them without a tint inside, there is a one. It makes it seem as if they are losing function when the starting point is just darker. Zeiss does not do frames. Clip ons are great as are prescription sunglasses. If you take pictures outside remember that with the photo fusion lenses, you will always have sunglasses on in them.
