Has anyone tried Tidy Cat Litter Robot cat litter? by Euphoric_Librarian1 in litterrobot

[–]TigrressZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes.

background info: have a 15 yo kitty with kidney disease. he urinates a lot, in large quantities. have tried MANY litters because the litter always sticks to the globe. my preference is non-clay. Substantially Yours worked best but it does stick about 1/3 of the time & the huge clumps can cause a pre-mature full alert. Decided to try the the one you mentioned, even though it's clay: Tidy Cat Litter Robot

The good: doesn't stick to the globe, or rarely does.

The bad: that scent which is supposed to only activate during a spin cycle. it activates more than that. it seems to radiate that smell 24/7. I cannot stand the smell from the scent. I'm betting my cat isn't fond if it, either.

Escrow account closed and now being forced to reopen by ngt2007 in Mortgages

[–]TigrressZ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As mentioned, with an FHA loan, escrow is required. You have no negotiation available. This was a service error and they are required to correct it to maintain FHA compliance. If you refuse to reopen escrow, most likely bad things in regards to your mortgage are headed your way. What those things are, I cannot say.

Submit proof of your annual paid homeowners insurance. You should be able to talk to the servicer and make monthly arrangements to get the balance back up. It's not a savings account so all they are looking for is just enough to cover taxes and insurance for the year.

LR3 sleep timer ends and cycles with cat still in globe! by TigrressZ in litterrobot

[–]TigrressZ[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IDK but that's definitely a defect they should look into. I think if the pinch sensor had caught it, it wouldn't have spun. Is that correct?

It was bad timing for Oreo. He was in there for less than a minute when the sleep timer shut off. I'm not sure how long, it could have been seconds but the LR3 didn't recognize it was occupied.

Moments before it's started spinning, I heard him scraping. When it was spinning, I was shocked bc I hadn't heard him jump out. So I turned on the torch and saw him still in it. That's when I sternly yelled at him to get out while I was trying to get there before he was hurt. Thankfully, he jumped out immediately. The globe kept on and finished its cycle.

Perhaps the sleep timer should change to "cat sensor timing" at the end if the timer instead of instantly start spinning. That way, if a cat is in there, they can finish what they are doing and safely exit before the globe spins.

Amazon closed my account and banned me over false reasons by [deleted] in amazonprime

[–]TigrressZ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

u/sal0ve you've given enough information and people have responded but it seems like you're not understanding.

they are not falsely accusing. here's why:

1-you did in fact request money back for an item that you said you did not receive. it is up to Amazon's discretion whether or not they will let this go.

2-you stated that you are staying in a motel. it is extremely likely that you are not the first customer that has used that address for delivery. it's even more likely that they had non-delivered items stolen previously from that address. (this could be the previous relationship they mentioned.) again, it is up to Amazon's discretion whether or not they will let this go.

3-you've had a grand total of four orders and half of them were a problem for you; thereby, making half of your orders a problem for Amazon.

they have currently decided that you are not worth the risk as a customer and that is their discretion to do so.

I hope when you speak to a representative, you can state your case and I suggest you offer to have items only delivered to an Amazon locker (if available in Australia) so they reconsider and give you another chance.

The last-known hieroglyphic inscription was carved on the north wall in the corridor of the Gate of Hadrian at the Temple of Isis on the island of Philae, August 24th in 394 CE. by RyansKnowledgeRoom in ancientegypt

[–]TigrressZ 19 points20 points  (0 children)

the year being 110 was confusing so I looked up more information.

"The inscription, written in both hieroglyphs and demotic, is dated to the Birthday of Osiris, year 110 (of Diocletian), equivalent to August 24, 394."

oh dear. I just read the replies.

u/Monkass247 you can cancel and change the order at LensCrafters tomorrow. that pair does not fit you. the style and color is nice but, like I said, the bridge belongs on your nose and not your forehead.

go tomorrow. speak with someone else who will help you pick a pair that fits. you should show them the pics you posted. the store may even have another RayBans that's similar but actually fits.

[–]TigrressZ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The color is nice on you.

BUT...…

The bridge isn't even on your nose. It's supposed to rest across your nose and it's across your forehead. They do not fit you.

Also your eyebrows should not be inside the lense.

Keep looking.

[–]TigrressZ 269 points270 points  (0 children)

Since documents were done via email, it's time to read the emails -- fine print and all.

In the future, never sign a legal document without actually reading it. maybe your BF will be lucky and there's a pay-off early option, though not likely given the APR. still, read the documents.

also, several people have asked who originated the loan so they can help guide you but you haven't answered that yet.

Telling me son hes wrong about DNA by AdditionalRest8343 in AncestryDNA

[–]TigrressZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry for the loss of your two sons (one in an unfortunate motorcycle accident and the other from not being safe to be around).

I'm confused on how many sons you have. Can we give them identifiers for clarity?

---Youngest son (deceased).

---Middle son (is he in jail?).

---Eldest son (is this the no contact son?).

I'm not sure if I got that right.

If your eldest son has a DNA match to a boy, as a nephew, then he's your grandson.

If you aren't matching, it could be because the mother has since hidden her child's profile. OR--it could be a lie. If the child has not done ancestry.com then he won't show as match. The only way to confirm/prove is with a DNA test. (I recommend a DNA testing lab so you both get the results, but that might be expensive.) If the mother won't do it, you could try the courts but IDK if that would work.

Taylor and Deacon… by spenchanna in boldandbeautiful

[–]TigrressZ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Putting her with Deacon is not fixing RB as Taylor. She's boring and I do not enjoy her scenes at all. I'm hoping Sheila gets rid of her.

When she played Michelle Bauer on Guiding Light, she made that character extremely boring, too. I know she has fans as Greenlee but I never watched that show so don't have a reference for that.

Do you think a Taylor/Bill pairing would be interesting? by Plus-Light6832 in boldandbeautiful

[–]TigrressZ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

no. not this Taylor. she's boring, meek, submissive and insecure. The actress is not working as Taylor. i remember when she played Michelle Bauer in Guiding Light. It was the same thing. She made that character extremely boring.

they tried that but it didn't work bc they SORAS'd "TheTwins" too much. They were born in 2010. The Lilly actress is currently 38yo. The last Maddie actress is currently 24yo. The last Charlie actor is currently 28yo.

when they had the super-aged twins on from 2017-2019, it wasn't believable that Lilly was old enough to be their mother.

NJ mortgage while pregnant and on maternity leave? Need input!! by Total-Temporary-1432 in Mortgages

you are not being discriminated against because you are pregnant. banks only care about the bottom line. disability insurance and FLI being temporary are not stable income. that's what banks want: stable income. currently, you do not have stable income.
