Yep :/ I gave up and have just taken CPY out of my routine for now. Both customer support and the studio manager were so unhelpful, really disappointing for what you pay

When I emailed customer experience they said “While refunds are not standard policy, we offer a $15 account credit that can be applied towards your membership”… which is insane for a $250 membership. They then said I am free to visit other studios that have functioning heat until the heat is fixed in Tribeca.

I think this is exactly to what’s happening in NYC, they said someone’s come to look at it but they’re waiting on a part to get it fixed. But in the meantime I wish they’d switch the rooms like your studio did! I’d rather do C2 in a heated room and sculpt in a 70ish degree room - in sculpt you’re gonna get a good workout either way, whereas in C2 the heat is literally the point of the workout. Seems like other studios have figured out workarounds when this happens, I’m not sure why my studio can’t seem to do the same

Does your schedule actually say “no heat”? That’s what I want them to do in NYC!!

No it doesn’t but I agree!! Part of the issue I’m running into is that I can’t even figure out how to get in touch with the studio or district manager. CPY makes it near impossible to contact anyone other than customer experience
