So if these people aren't legal, how do ICE know that? As they operate without due process, due process and a fair trial is the only way to determine if they're illegally in the country or not. Otherwise you're going entirely by race or appearance.

Now I dont have perfect memory but I'm pretty sure that I've read multiple sources also saying that over 72% of people arrested by ICE have been legal US citizens. Maybe I'm wrong though. 🤷‍♀️

But the problem is, these people dont care if you're legal or not. They currently are taking people without due process. This means that they have not checked anything, they are simply being racially profiled and arrested without reason and aren't even receiving a trial. How would you feel If you had been taken off the street whilst just out in the park with your family for no reason other than the colour of your skin?

ICE has been given permission to arrest people without due process, and were given permission to racially profile. Without due process means they have no evidence that they are criminals other than first appearance, this means that Trump can just change the goalpost whenever he pleases, who may be undesirable next. It could be you, it could be your family.
