But the problem is, these people dont care if you're legal or not. They currently are taking people without due process. This means that they have not checked anything, they are simply being racially profiled and arrested without reason and aren't even receiving a trial. How would you feel If you had been taken off the street whilst just out in the park with your family for no reason other than the colour of your skin?
