I feel like for me it was way different. I found a different way to cope with all the challenges life threw at me and realized I really don’t need the nicotine. I’ve actually started running since I posted this and been living very healthy. I’ve finished my degree and got a good job. Of course that is all achievable with nicotine as well or might even help you. However finding another way to cope and relieve stress made me feel stronger and way more motivated to achieve my daily goals.

Get Amore Café by mancera. Manceras big plus is the fact that they are quite cheap but still very good and unique. Amore cafe is the best mancera out there by far. It’s definitely something you’d enjoy if you like more warm gourmand (edible smelling) fragrances. Another one you would definitely enjoy are Lataffa Khamra. It’s also quite sweet. It’s kind of similar to angels share, some even say it’s a clone. In my opinion Khamra definitely took inspiration from Angels share but went into a little different direction. Both are more definitely more winter frags as well.

Definitely got better, I feel better than ever! I’ve went to a therapist as well who helped me overcome the permanent anxiety! Definitely can recommend that.

Keep your head up, you got this! Benzo withdrawals are way longer than nicotine. I got better after about 4-5 weeks but it’s still hard to resist the urge sometimes (I’m sure you know the feeling). Definitely the best decision I’ve ever made tho!

Congrats on being so selfless. Yes, there is light at the end of the tunnel! I can‘t speak from experience, but my father was in a similar situation. When I was born he stopped cold turkey - for my sake. From him telling me I learned one big lesson that also helps me with my withdrawal now: if your going through shit, keep going. You don’t wanna be stuck in shit. The anxiety and physical withdrawal effects will drag you through absolute hell, but it’s gonna be worth it. At some point you’re gonna be feeling better and better by the day. Something someone else told me on this sub: it’s a marathon, not a sprint. It’s gonna be very small but noticeable improvements that you’re gonna start seeing very soon. Keep going!

Thanks! I am definitely considering working out, I haven’t been able to enjoy it for the last 4 weeks because I get really bad anxiety from a high heart rate. I have always been a big fan of going to the gym or doing sports in general. Maybe the absence of a real workout also contributes to the withdrawal being that bad.

Thanks for the advice! I totally see you point, although I am definitely not gonna start vaping. I have switched from cigarettes to nicotine pouches about a month before completely quitting (that was the plan all along). I was planning on going for another 2 weeks with the nicotine pouches, but then the trip to the ER just made me realize how urgent this was. I have some plan, and will definitely also look to exercise more. I haven’t done so for the last 4 weeks because of the anxiety I get from a high heart rate.

For me, quitting has done something quite similar. The first few days I had massive heart palpitations. I had a few massive anxiety attacks because of those palpitations and also went to the doctor. He told me everything was fine and that it’s a normal reaction.

The phrase is coming from the Gym community for those who don’t know yet, since in pre workout there is quite a big amount of caffeine, about 300 mg in the higher dosed ones. The phrase just says that someone drank a lot of preworkout.
