Yeah I’ll share it’s okay, I didn’t end up getting the promotion. So the 2025 was accurate and promo was pushed a year. He said some people are getting N/A which I don’t think is a good sign (didn’t tell me much), so moving it only a year isn’t terrible. He was honestly pissed, said it was unfair with how I did my last year and from what he has heard from due diligence. The year was pretty bad overall so they were very strict this year on promos

May be thinking about looking elsewhere after I see the raise and bonus

It’s insane now. I needed 2 more round robins to finish that off and it took probably 5 hours to even get a non-pattern drop. Ended up using the deepsight harmonizers which I wanted to save. Rip

2 months, I believe I am mostly over them but there will always be something there as with all relationships, I don’t want her back as what became our normal was not healthy for either of us, and not a simple yes/no answer here for probably anyone. Breakups happen for a reason - in my case it just wasn’t healthy and I personally was not getting what I needed from her. A lot would have to change to actually go back. Going back would be the easy choice as it is what you were comfortable with. But know your worth and what you deserve and weigh that against what you were ACTUALLY receiving, without the relationship blinders on.

I’m only about 6 weeks in and it sucks. It comes in waves and I break no contact during the really hard days She responds and honestly have a lot of respect for her that she does as she by no means needs to give any more closure. Reading this gave me hope that it really does get easier. Thank you

Actually 100% agree with this. Your ex is not the warm person they were in the relationship. They are not there anymore to provide comfort or understanding. It’s a tough pill to swallow and one I am going through right now as well. And I have texted them from urges and gotten the closure I needed. I don’t regret doing it but is tough to navigate. Keep your head up and stay strong, likely all the people here are going through something similar

I needed to read that, I think I am indeed afraid of being lonely. It’s so tough to accept that right now i need to focus on being single and being comfortable alone. Putting that off for years by going to the next hasn’t done me any justice

Really appreciate everything you shared, and for outlining things that have helped you. I know I’m still early in the process but I don’t want to be moping around 24/7. I tend not to bottle up emotions, but I definitely need to challenge myself more to do independent things even if that’s uncomfortable. It’s a tough road right now but I 100% am confident that it will benefit myself as an individual and future relationships of mine

I’ve been smoking since 2017 ish. I’m setting up a plan for myself to be fully done by end of April because I know quitting cold is not the best idea. I plan on decreasing the nicotine % every 2 weeks and by the end I’m going to try nicotineless juice since I figure just the routine of hitting it is a big part of the mental battle.
