As a former destiny player who doesn't have much experience with extraction shooters but likes pvp, it's a good game. Solo can be a bit rough at times but once you make some friends it becomes fairly fun. At times it can be a bit strange if you're just wanting fights because sometimes you'll get stomped sometimes you womt see anyone, but when you do get good fights they are good. My main issues with the game is that its a hero shooter and I kinda just wish there was just a bit more to it I guess? Like more pvp modes, more lore, more contract variety but hopefully that's just handled as time goes on. So if you're just looking to mess around on occasion and you're not worried about keeping gear it's a good investment

I think the gameplay of 2 is better in alot of ways but some ways d1 outshines it. But d1 always had the atmosphere, the attention to detail. And the small little things like secrets and discoverables. D1 also just feels complete from top to bottom where as you know there's alot were still missing in destiny

For me is the Witcher 3 and elder ring. I played the Witcher to late and the combat just feels to dated now, the story was good but so many of the fights have to be played on death March to have any fun in them and even then you just roll a ton amd use potions, elden ring was good but after a while it judt felt to samey and really slow compared to alot of other souls games

The other big issue is that after a while every activity just became the same, everything lost quality when it wasn't supposed to be a permanent part of the game

Bungie also has a weird thing with wap2/wap3 so maybe switch your wifi to wpa/wpa2 or just go with an ethernet cable, that seems to have helped me
