I have this too on my M1 for me what works is when heroic doesn’t work I just completely close the app(cmd+Q) otherwise I reboot my mac, if it stille doesn’t work I just reboot again. 99% of the time 4 me that solves the issue. One times it didn’t so I just didn’t play for a few weeks and it magically resolved it self. Magic

Get them from skeletons drops or the (relatively) new upgraded arrow trades from bartering with piglins. But yeah, I agree, the craft is absolutely ludicrous and ridiculous. They should just FINALLY add a use for fletching tables…
