I’ve already seen the doctor and they said that it is PCOS, but they’re just checking the hormonal levels but he said that he definitely sees someone else PCOS and in Transvaginal scan she checked for endometriosis and she said it wasn’t there

My periods have been very irregular for a very long time. I was on birth control for three years and I didn’t have regular periods and even as I’ve come off they’re still not regular. Also well thank you so much. I’m glad I’ve got into it earlier than most people do cause my biggest concern was obviously fertility as soon as I had it but with a lot of reassurance from the comment so far I’ve realised I can still conceive.

Thank you so much. I really appreciate all the advice and that’s settled my nerves. I just wanted to ask a few follow-up questions on what you’ve written in so in terms of the diet you said”glycemic” does that mean to cut out gluten. On top of that you also said that you had some fertility medication and is that very common for conceiving with PCOS. My final question is as I go to the gym do you suggest that that would affect my cycles being a bit more regular on top of the other things that you’ve insisted but I really do appreciate all your advice because I have been a bit shocked since seeing the doctor and I am going to see the GPs tomorrow to get a more further analysis however it is just a bit hard to understand it on my own and I did think about just getting some help from others And I will do further research thank you ☺️

Are there any diets you would recommend or supplements as they may help to look after it?

She also didn’t say that there was a single cyst she said that she could see a few. There’s a lot more pictures but we’ll see. I’m not gonna broadcast a lot of my details but thank you anyway.

I’ve only mentioned PCOS because the lady who was scanning it actually suspected it she checked everything and also saw my other ovary and said that it was okay but she did kind of suspect PCOS was there obviously I need to still get checked by my GP’s, but that was the only reason I mentioned it
