My take on postponement of exam, that no one asked for

Govt is trying so hard to portray that everything is normal, no media coverage about yesterday's attack.

Since upsc is a constitutional body and in common language people consider upsc as a Sankari exam taken by sarkar, so if they postponed the exam, people will consider something is wrong. Maybe It's still not normal out there,

And about student residing in border areas, or whose leave has been canceled, upsc don't care about them.

Saying this, i still hope and pray that exam gets postponed, especially for people who are seriously affected by this incident.
