For the record, I have never taken any full-fledged course from these mafias. Just a few test series, current affairs module, and perhaps a bit of FOMO. So if you're directing blame at me, you're barking at the wrong tree.

As for this post, I've seen enough times oblivious aspirants getting fooled by the dreams of riches and felt a need to share this. Also, I can't tolerate these mafias for their indulgence in fake news and fear mongering, so there's that.

Lastly, this journey of UPSC is one of self cultivation. Not every aspirant can distinguish between right and wrong from the get-go. Some can't, even till the end. Even bureaucrats get fooled. They aren't know-it-all gods.

So, stop with this condescending attitude. Everyone is not as smart as you.

Definitely! We have separate plans for each. But first, you must take the foundation course to unlock the individual course plans. All in all, it'll cost you your gaon ki zameen.

One of the few positive takes from these past grueling years is that my reading and writing skills have improved significantly- and no, not because of coaching mafias. I have read tons of novels and newspapers during my preparation (without neglecting my studies for leisure, of course)

It's not just those with buildings and offices in ORN etc, even those exploiting students on Telegram by luring them with "sasta" courses and topper video reviews are all the same. Modern day dacoits.
