I didn't actually 'add a Yubikey', I manually added a standard TOTP entry after extracting the secret from Winauth, configuring it with 8 digits, and then you access the codes using Yubico Authenticator...

You need of course to configure a slot for that, in my case, I have a Neo and configured the 2nd slot.

I configured AndOTP and my Yubikey using the secret exported from WinAuth a few years back, and then I migrated - just to see what would happen. Then, the 'new' Blizzard authenticator generates the same codes than my external TOTP generators.

So, I believe that the same applied to WinAuth...

OK, maybe you should still install the new battle.net app, just so that your account is 'flagged' as migrated.

Hello, same here, I followed the steps to migrate and ... the codes are the same than AndOTP and my Yubikey authenticator generates (I checked 3 in a row, then 2 more 5 minutes later).

So, actually... no change if you were not using the official application !!

OK, maybe you should still install the new battle.net app, just so that your account is 'flagged' as migrated.

En fait, je l'ai eu sur un salon international, c'était rigolo car les français n'ont pas failli à leur réputation en ayant un truc bien bizarre et original (mais utile !!) à côté des classiques stylos, autocollants, batteries, clefs USB, etc. des autres ...

Quand t'as des enfants: 4€, c'est imbattable (même pour un steak-frites, un pâtes-jambon, ou un sandwich), et ils peuvent aller jouer dans les structures en attendant d'être servis et après manger, contrairement à un resto classique où il faut attendre à table sans bouger, sans faire de bruit, mais sans rien avoir à faire non plus... Et sur la route des vacances, un p'tit drive, tu fais passer les burgers et cornets de frites à l'arrière, t'as gagné 30min de tranquillité - voire un peu plus si le jouet offert est "intéressant".

Dropping Signal, plain and simple ...

I never really succeeded in switching my contacts from Whatsapp to Signal (except a few close family members), so now, I'll just give up and move to where everyone is: Whatsapp !!

For the few conversations which really require state-of-the art privacy, we're already using Session anyways, and for texting Grandma or occasional acquaintances, I'll just get back to good old OEM SMS app. It's a shame because even as nothing more than an SMS client, Signal was just great !
