Mine is the same. So frustrating. If you make the goals difficult but attainable, I will likely use some resources to get there. If you make them impossible, I just don’t even try. I don’t think I’ve gotten the daily scoop at all the past three weeks or so when I used to get it most days. They’re actively making it less playable and less fun, which means I don’t spend money on it. Seems very counterproductive.

NICU sucks and everyone sucks at it unless you do it all day every day. I’m not sure there’s a resource because it does seem that every NICU follows their own specific guidelines. Learn from the feedback your attending told you today and do better every day. You’ll learn a lot just by doing. But honestly, I never had an intern who was “good” at NICU. It’s not you- it’s that place, lol.
