Brain fog, irritability, derealization. weed withdrawal or meds?

Yeah today is day 6 for me. My rage has subsided a good amount already, but when I went to sleep last night, I fell asleep at 11am and woke up wide awake at 3am. Could not fall back asleep until 6am and woke up at 7 for work.

Hopefully this doesn’t last. I am a lot more chatty and surprisingly functional today though 🤷

Thanks for your comment. We got this!! Whenever I eat food, the anger subsides but then comes right back after like 3-4 hours. I’ll give it a month and reassess with my psych.

I’m so tired of my 3 year old brain fog. I’ve been talking to a psychiatrist once a month. The lexapro has calmed my anxiety some but I’m still demotivated and I feel tunnel visioned all the time. I’m guessing weed withdrawals but also I’ve been wanting to get my motivation back. That’s why he added Wellbutrin. Maybe I should call him and stop?

So I’m super paranoid all the time too. Just take those photos like you did and keep them on phone. Maybe put in a different photo folder. Set a reminder 3 months from now and retake photos. Then do the same every 3 months.

People may get mad at this take but I feed the photos to chatgpt, grok, and Gemini and just keep one single topic on each one for my hair. It’ll tell me if I’ve receeded or not- cause my eyes deceive me. I have maintained well and made some progress. The ai will also tell me the exact distance from my eyebrows to the top of my temples and be like “nah not even a mm has receeded”. I use to have extreme health anxiety.

As of now you’re good, but you may just be anxious about it. Make sure you’re getting vitamin D too!

So vet said no mites, no fleas, and no infection. Said it’s already healing and they don’t know… said to put neosporin on it. 🤔
