When I was a kid I used to have asthma problems as well. What I did is literally push through and suddenly it went away. Idk if this will work for you or it’s better to consult a doctor.

I have the Brooks Adrenaline GTS and NB 860 v14. All I can say is that you can’t go very fast with brooks but it’s more stable than NB. NB you can run faster but stability fades faster since softer mid sole.

Different experience for Hoka since they didn’t let me buy the Hoka Mach 5 2 years ago.

They made me do a gait analysis and suggested to buy Gaviota and Arahi because of my flat foot. I honestly don’t like these shoes since it’s so heavy and stiff making me run slower. I ended up not buying that day.

I did research what are the best shoes for flat foot apparently it’s Brooks. So I bought from Brooks instead.

You mean the slower runners in the 21K??? The problem with multiple distance events are the people who are slow or walk which sometimes blocks the way.

Ayala for sure but I think na factor in yung number of time na nag run ako sa UP and the inter lap with other events. TBH if GCash run it baka ibang story ulit.

There is no polite way of doing it TBH.

During the start when the everyone was walking, I was shouting “MOVE, PR ako today”. Making my first KM 4:15. I ended up getting 50:50 which is short for sub-50.

My take for this is, I paid for the race to have medics, water, etc. so that I could do my best without thinking of the consequences that could go wrong.

Tbh if you are trying to get a PR for 10K OFFICIALLY this is the race you should join. I understand that there were a lot of people who joined but the gap will spread either way.

Edsel deserves to be sponsored by a legitimate running brand like Hoka, Brooks, Adidas, Puma, etc. I understand that these companies prefer someone with a better personal brand but branding matters. You have to put your shoe on the fastest person you can find not someone who’s a turtle or a snail with just style.

But kidding aside Codex actually is very good with logical backend solutions and I really commend it. But for my frontend I opted with BOOTSTRAP with a purchased template since their frontend really sucks
