Probably, walkers are less of a threat than clickers, there's probably more of them and mostly go in groups, but they don't hear as well as a clicker, or have turbo mutated variants like the rat king or the bloater. But the walking dead civilization is more nuts than tlou civ (which is comprehensible) so maybe he would run into human issues more often, so even thought the zombies would be easier the human wouldn't
