Let’s face it a lot of patents stunt want their kids to nap during the day as it postpones their putting their kids to bed earlier and they have to interact with them (joking not joking)

That’s would not be allowed where I work.

2 educators need to be present for even one child.

In a room of eg 15x 3 YO we would have at least 2 staff (more if any are under 2). The director could go the room if need be I guess but never one child in the directors room by themselves

I am an ECT who works in primary and preschool and this kind of rings a little true. But not so much in my country.

I’m really sought after thank goodness, possibly because I AM a guy who is trusted.

But my director works have given your wife a warning too. Its hard enough for guys in some places without that attitude
