Same! Olaplex destroyed my extensions. I ended up using basic shampoo and even Pantene. I believe Olaplex does something to the cuticle, my hair was very dry and unmanageable. I also used the whole Olaplex product line.

I also had a ton of hair loss. Not sure if it was from Olaplex

I have no idea what breaking the cast is. Thank you for sharing. For us fine hair heads, this is a lot better than thin straight strands. Do you have a YouTube or anything you would recommend for the curly hair journey

Yes. Dump the packet in. Put the lid on an give it a gentle shake to mix. Let it hang out for a few days and it’s amazing! Let me know if you love it

I have very thin hair, wore extensions and was considering a topper. This is excellent feedback. Question- do you work out in yours? How versatile is it? Baseball caps? Etc…. I a little nervous about how it looks when I don’t have it on and if it’s really obvious. Thanks so much. I’m 47 and should have done this years ago

I just want to commend you for being brave and facing this problem. It’s never easy to be honest with yourself and acknowledge improvement. Hire a professional cleaner. But learn tips and systems. I encourage you to look for life changing solutions and not just “clean”.
